Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at info@thelibertyoffers.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days—no questions asked.
Items must still be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
